All our products are handmade, hand-cut, hand-labeled & packed by us, therefore, size, shape and design may vary from product to product. All our products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We manage our stock levels online, however, in the unlikely event your order is out of stock we will contact you to make you aware, you will have the choice to wait for the new batch, make another choice or accept a refund. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Product Descriptions
We do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in our listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.
Purchases and Payments
We accept the following forms of payment:
– Bank Transfers & Deposits
– Cash on delivery
In the event of a Bank Transfer or deposit, Your order will be confirmed once the payment has been made and a screenshot or a clear picture of the Bank receipt is emailed to us. All payments shall be in LKR.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Shipping policy
We proudly send all our products out in 100% zero-waste materials without any plastic tapes/labels/stickers/bubble wraps etc..! We use only cardboard boxes, paper filings and paper tapes/stickers that are recycled, recyclable, biodegradable or compostable! Please #gozerowaste ♥
Our usual lead time is 2-3 working days or 3-5 days during busy times such as Valentine’s & Christmas and other special occasions … We will prepare your order as soon as possible then dispatch. If you have an urgent order, please mention “please hurry” in the checkout notes. We would be happy to speed up the prep of your order if we can.
-Delivery
Our courier Service will call your before they deliver your order. You can Reschedule your delivery with them if you’re not available. Your order will be returned home if your calls weren’t answered continuously.
-Returns
We love our soaps and we hope you will too. We check, inspect and hand pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure they’re perfect. If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by emailing us on [email protected] or sending us a Dm in our IG page and we will be very happy to assist you.
Free shipping is a discount. As such if items are returned that take your order value under the ‘Free when you spend’ amount the shipping discount will be claimed back.
-Lost or stolen packages
We use Koombiyo Delivery to deliver our packages, please allows 3-7 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost then please Dm us to our IG page or email us [email protected] and we will investigate what’s gone wrong.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
-Damaged Packages
If you’ve received your parcel damaged you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis, please contact us if you have any issues!
Promotional Policy
From time to time we will offer customers promotions, these will include discounts, coupons and free delivery over LKR 10,000.
All promotions are limited to one use per basket. If you wish to make a large order for personal use or have a wholesale enquiry then please contact us on [email protected]
Review & Comments
We are a growing family business and we have put our heart and soul into producing high-quality natural soaps, we also put every effort into ensuring that our products are packaged and prepared for delivery with care. Our customers are able to leave reviews on our products, we are one of the good guys- if you have an issue please come to us before leaving a poor review, allow us the chance to make you happy. If we feel that a negative review is unfounded, untrue or just malicious we reserve the right to remove it.

Firstly, thank you so much for showing an interest in stocking our all-natural handmade soaps! We’ve put a lot of heart into designing and proud to provide beautiful zero-waste products that are kind to the skin and the environment. We would like to support small businesses by offering a minimum order of 20 soaps. We are also offering bulk orders for non-wholesale reasons, our personalised soaps make perfect favours for a wedding/baby shower or gift for a corporate event.
